Gromov & Partners — Law Bureau PRAV — has provided legal services to businesses and individuals, residents and non-residents of Ukraine, since 2010. The team brings together lawyers, advocates and economists; with partner colleagues across Ukraine, we handle cases in any city of the country.

Leads the bureau and is responsible for case strategy. Leads the corporate practice and international disputes: company structure, members’ rights and shareholder agreements, conflicts between partners, a member’s exit and division of a business; disputes with a foreign element — when the parties, assets or contract are linked to different countries.

Runs the operations of the PRAV bureau: how cases move, deadlines, document flow and client reports. Handles registration actions and transactions: dealing with state registrars and notaries, registry extracts and duplicates, checking properties before a sale.

Our principle
We do not promise a result — no lawyer honestly can. We take responsibility for the process: the plan, timing and price are fixed in the contract, and you get a report on every step. For businesses we also work on a retainer, as outside legal counsel.

Confidentiality from your first message
- The very fact that you contacted us, your documents, property and plans are protected by attorney–client privilege (Art. 22 of the Law of Ukraine «On the Bar and Practice of Law»).
- The law prohibits demanding privileged information from an advocate or questioning them about it (Art. 23 of the same law).
- 16 years of practice since 2010: client confidentiality is a rule without exceptions.
- Only your lawyer and the specialists we bring in with your consent know about your case — under a confidentiality obligation.
