Register or sell real estate in Ukraine without travelling

First we check the property in the registers and documents, then we restore documents, register ownership and handle the sale under a power of attorney. We think a step ahead: taxes on the sale and taking the money abroad are planned from the start. A report on every step.

Describe your situationsale from €500

When clients come to us

  • You need to sell a flat or a house but cannot come
  • Title documents are lost or damaged
  • Your ownership is not entered in the State Register of Property Rights
  • You need to check the property for arrests and encumbrances
  • A deal has fallen through or registration was refused — you need to know why and what to do next

How it works

  1. Analysis

We obtain registry extracts and check the title documents and the risks of the deal.

  2. Power of attorney

We draft a power of attorney only for the necessary actions and instructions for your country.

  3. Documents

We restore documents, obtain duplicates and register ownership.

  4. Sale

We accompany the deal at the notary and report on every step.

Questions and answers

Can a flat be sold under a power of attorney?
Yes, if the power of attorney gives the right to sell and is properly executed. We draft the power of attorney.
How do I take the money from the sale abroad?
Bank transfers abroad are restricted by the National Bank of Ukraine under martial law. The lawful route is to take your own cash and declare it in writing at the border; for amounts over 10 000 € you also need bank documents on the withdrawal from your account. We prepare the documents on the origin of the funds. This is a separate service — Money abroad, or the «Sale + money abroad» package.
